  Once your request is approved, download and print the prepaid shipping label provided via email.

  Place the unworn shoes in their original packaging, ensuring all tags and protective materials are included to avoid restocking fees.

  Ship and Track

  Drop your package off at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking number handy until your refund or exchange is processed.
